Fort Lauderdale · Serving all of Broward County

No IT Team? You Still Need One.

Most Broward County businesses under 100 people don't have a dedicated IT or security person — and don't need to hire one. We become that function: help desk, security, backups and documentation, for less than a single salary.

Same-day response · No obligation · On-site across Broward County

Four signs you've outgrown "whoever's good with computers"

None of these mean anyone did anything wrong. They mean the business grew faster than the arrangement that used to work.

The office manager is also the IT department

Someone competent with computers absorbed IT on top of their real job. It works until it doesn't — and the day it doesn't is usually the day it matters.

Nobody can say who has access to what

Former employees, shared logins, a password spreadsheet. If you can't answer that question in a meeting, an auditor or an attacker will answer it for you.

Backups exist, but have never been restored

An untested backup is a hope, not a plan. We restore one before we tell you you're covered.

Support means calling whoever set it up years ago

A one-person shop that may or may not pick up. No coverage window, no escalation, no documentation if they move on.

What an outsourced IT function covers

The same responsibilities an internal hire would carry — spread across a team that doesn't take holiday all at once.

A help desk your team can actually reach

    • One number and one email for every issue
    • Remote fixes first, on-site across Broward when needed
    • Coverage for laptops, phones, printers and the odd line-of-business app

    Security someone is responsible for

    • Cisco ASA / NGFW and Firepower firewall management
    • Umbrella DNS filtering and endpoint protection
    • Patching, MFA rollout and access reviews on a schedule

Backup and disaster recovery that gets tested

    • Automated backup of servers, endpoints and cloud data
    • Documented restore procedure
    • Periodic restore tests, not just green dashboards

    Documentation you own

    • Asset inventory and network diagram
    • Vendor, licence and renewal register
    • Everything handed over if you ever hire in-house or move on

    Common questions

How small is too small for managed IT?

We work with small and mid-sized Broward County businesses. If you have roughly 10 or more people depending on computers to do their jobs, outsourced IT usually costs less than the downtime you're already absorbing. Below that, a lighter security-and-backup arrangement often makes more sense — we'll tell you if that's your situation.

Do we have to replace our current setup?

Almost never. We start by documenting what you already have and fixing what's actually broken or exposed. Hardware replacement is a separate, budgeted conversation — not a condition of working together.

    What happens on day one?

A free assessment: we review your network, endpoints, backups and access controls, then give you a plain-language summary of your biggest risk. No obligation to continue afterwards.

We already have someone part-time. Does that rule us out?

No. A lot of our work sits alongside an internal person — we take the 24/7 monitoring, security tooling and after-hours coverage they can't realistically provide, and they keep the day-to-day relationship with staff.

    Are you on-site or remote?

Both. Most issues get resolved remotely the same day. We're based at 2901 W Cypress Creek Rd in Fort Lauderdale, so on-site across Broward County is a short drive, not a scheduled visit weeks out.
