How long does an AI automation project take?

Can the AI answer using our own documents?
Yes. We use RAG — retrieval-augmented generation with vector search — so answers are grounded in your policies, contracts, tickets and product data, with citations back to the source.
Will our data be used to train a public AI model?
No. We design for private data handling with retention controls, least-privilege API access, audit logging, and guardrails against prompt injection and data leakage.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
Almost never. Automation sits on top of your CRM, helpdesk, ERP and file storage through their APIs. Replacing core systems is a separate decision we don't push.
Do you work with companies outside South Florida?
